Before troubleshooting

Download a backup of your collection and Passport before clearing browser data. If a printable does not open, look for the “Your printable is ready” link; the browser may have blocked a new tab.

Lost elves or progress?

Check that you are using the same browser and device. If you saved a backup, import it from your Passport. We do not have cloud accounts and cannot retrieve a collection that only existed in cleared browser storage.
