ElfCrafter.com is an independent Between Worlds project offering a Christmas elf builder, locally saved elf collection, printables, personalized stories, games, a fictional North Pole tracker, and an Advent calendar. No account or signup is required. This is imaginative play, not a real location or surveillance service.

3. Use of Website

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use this Website for personal, family, and non-commercial classroom purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Local Creations

Elf designs and progress are saved in your browser, not in a public gallery or ElfCrafter account. Names used in stories and printables are processed locally. The site has no public comments, profile uploads, or submission service.

5.2 Backups and Sharing

Keep a private backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage. We cannot restore data that only existed on your device. Appearance-only share links omit names and collection IDs. Private backups and printed pages may contain names you entered; share them thoughtfully.

5.3 Permanent Passport Awards

Once saved, stamps and the original North Pole Passport do not expire or reset with a new season. Future Passport editions will be separate. This does not make browser storage permanent: restore a backup if local data is lost.
