You’ll need: Plain printer paper and crayons, pencils, or washable markers

  1. Save an elf in the Builder or choose a ready-to-color option.
  2. Pick a setting and the elves you want to include.
  3. Open the pages, check the print preview, then print or save as PDF.

Try this together

Make a coloring station for a holiday party. Print the same elf for several people and compare the different color choices. For a quieter activity, create a small book and color one page at a time.

Good to know

Do I need a color printer? No. Coloring pages are designed for black-and-white printing.

A note for grown-ups: Choose the matching paper size, print at 100%, and turn off browser headers and footers. Background graphics are optional. Use cardstock for sturdier tags, cards, and bookmarks; supervise cutting. Personal details can be written by hand and stay with your family.
